The product that you are getting is a hosted Pandorabots solution on a shared server with a subscription period for one year. The price we quoted was $75 per month for one bot with a cap of 50,000 interactions per day. Additional interactions beyond 50,000 are invoiced at the rate of $0.001 per interaction.
If you require additional consulting services, we offer premium support at the rate of $150 per hour for AIML development or training and $250 per hour for Pandorabots engineering outside of AIML.
